Houston ICE Shooting: Lawyer Says Bags Held Salt, Not Drugs

Federal investigators said a “crystal-like” substance in the bags looked like methamphetamine. A lawyer for the victim’s brother said it was salt.The victim’s brother said he, his brother and two other workers were going to a construction job when ICE agents chased them and then opened fire.
